Why is there a waiting list for community solar?
Because each solar farm has a fixed amount of capacity, and once it is fully subscribed new customers wait for the next project. Many people sit on a list for years with companies that only work with one or two farms.

We are partnered with over 30 solar farms, so we place you on a project that actually has room instead of leaving you on a waiting list for years.
In New Jersey, income-qualified households are placed on a farm sooner; income does not change the discount there.
