Is community solar a "solar timeshare"?
No. A timeshare locks you into payments for something you own a slice of. With community solar you own nothing, pay nothing up front and can cancel at any time with no fee — you simply receive discounted credits on your electric bill.

The discount applies to the portion of your bill the solar farm covers, which is usually most of the bill but not the whole bill.
We never knock on doors, never ask for payment and never ask for a credit card. You keep your existing utility and keep getting your normal utility bill.
