Why are community solar credits delayed?
Credits depend on several steps: the farm submitting your account, the utility processing it, and the farm's production being reported. Any step can slip, which is why credits appear within the next 2-3 billing cycles rather than on a set date.

Common causes are a wrong account number, a name that does not match the utility account, or a farm that is not yet energised. When a credit is late or missing, we go back to the solar farm ourselves and work it out. Most companies hand you a phone number and leave you stuck between the utility and the farm; we do not. That is what we are known for.
