My community solar provider stopped paying my credits — what now?
Check your last few bills to see when the community solar credit stopped, then contact the company that enrolled you; credits can stop if the account changed, the farm went offline, or the enrollment dropped. If you cannot get an answer, you can cancel with no fee and move.

When a credit is late or missing, we go back to the solar farm ourselves and work it out. Most companies hand you a phone number and leave you stuck between the utility and the farm; we do not. That is what we are known for.
Call 732-314-5010 with your last two bills and we will look at what happened.
